Brief History of Muffin

My very first historical Homemade Muffins: Banana Muffin. The taste was much better than the look. ;-)

The first Muffin baker was the one who worked for a so-called ‘upper-class’ family of England’s Victorian society. He prepared Muffin for the family’s servants to eat, until there’s a time when Muffin emerged to the surface and requested by all members of the society. It then became the most fancied cake in England till its popularity reached its climax just before the World War I.
